FAQ's -

1. You're now using PayPal. Don't I need to set-up a Paypal account to purchase your kits and/or subscribe to your Inner Circle?

Answer: No...You don't need one to subscribe to Tom's Inner Circle. Once you click on the "Subscribe" button, you'll be taken to a PayPal page where you'll see the line: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue" If you click on the word "Continue," you'll be taken to a page where you can pay using your credit or debit card, just like any other online merchant.

2. I have been a subscriber to your newsletter for many months and all of a sudden I can't access your articles. It asks me for a User Name and Password. Why?

Answer: Beginning with the newsletter edition dated 01/08/08, only the first article of the current edition is available for reading by subscribers. The remainder of the articles plus all archived material (currently 370 articles with eight (8) new articles added every month) are only available to those that sign up for Tom's Inner Circle. Other downloads will be added for members in the future. You can sign up at which time you'll have the opportunity to pick a user name and password...Click Here.

3. How often do you add new downloads to the Members Area and what kind of products are these?

Answer: Every month we try to add two (2) new downloads to the Members Area. If we only add one in any particular month, then we will add three (3) the following month. Since the "rights" to these products are being purchased, it's a matter of availability, suitability, and the permission to give them away for "free." We will add products that improve your capability, your Mortgage Business, or your customer's knowledge or awareness.

4. Your marketing material has been created and is delivered using MS Word 2002. I have a later version...will I be able to use your material, edit it, and then save my changes?

Answer: Yes...Microsoft's Word is backward compatible...in other words...not only is material created with Word 2002 functional with that edition...it is also functional with later versions. We choose Word 2002 so that everyone can use the marketing material in their Mortgage Business.

As a side note: If you don't have MS Word...no problem. You can download software from OpenOffice.org and use their "free" open source version called "Swriter." It works great with only a couple of minor differences. You may need to re-format and re-adjust portions of a document as the conversion may alter the layout.

5. Are your Marketing Kits ever on sale, or do you offer any kind of discount?

Answer: No and Yes! Although our Kits have never been placed on "sale" (They are already reasonably priced), our Inner Circle members can purchase our products within the Member's Area for 20% less than the regular published price.

6. Can I cancel my Inner Circle Subscription at anytime and how do I do that?

Answer: Yes...You can cancel your subscription at any time (we hope you won't). Just log-in to PayPal, retrieve your initial subscription and cancel.

Your codes (user name and password) will stop working instantly upon the cancellation of your subscription. So, if for example you're about to be charged on the 20th and want to cancel your subscription, it is suggested to do so on the 19th so you can enjoy your membership for the full subscription period.
